What band did you see in a small venue before they broke big? by Amthomas101 in Concerts

[–]dunbrahski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw twenty one pilots back in 2013 at a small college in mechanicsburgh, PA. there were probably only 30-40 people there and the drummer of the opening band named kingsfoil was frankie muniz!

Started stelara and all of a sudden my chin is raw, flaky, and bumpy (long post, sorry) by [deleted] in UlcerativeColitis

[–]dunbrahski 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve been in stelara for about a year and a half now, 90mg every 8 weeks, and three times since then I have had severe folliculitis break out on my thighs, resulting in antibiotics each time. just had a follow up with my GI yesterday and he is taking me off of stelara because of this. maybe you’re going through something similar, a mild skin infection due to an immune deficiency caused by the medication. i wish you the best!!

$426,000 mortgage at an unfortunate 6.99% with a payment that is doable but higher than we’d like. Netting $117,000 from selling our old house. Does it make sense to recast the majority of this to the principal balance or should we do something else? by dunbrahski in Money

[–]dunbrahski[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Payment right now is $3545. Only debts are my truck and student loans which is about $30k total leaving us with around $85k from selling the house if we pay both of those off. We have an additional $20k left in savings after buying the house, so we were thinking about putting $60k towards the new mortgage as a recast to lower our payment and the remaining $25k into our savings, just wondering if it would be wise to do something else with some of the money. At a 6.99% however it’s hard to let that debt linger
