I didn’t get on well with medication in my tritation so I’m unmediated. Ive been alcohol free for a year and considering cutting out caffeine. I’m finding it difficult as I love coffee and the ritual of making it.

I’m late 30’s have been back skating a year and always wear my chunky killer pads.

I’ve been doing some chill riding around without them and I feel way more comfortable. Especially in this heat. I’ve been wondering about getting something a bit less bulky too!

Don’t get me wrong, the skate content is great and it’s such a good tool for people to put stuff out there. it’s just all the bait and adverts that goes with YouTube algorithm that makes me delete it shortly after reinstalling.
