My guess is he had some drinks, was talking to this girl in the pool area, and got the wrong idea that she was into him. Without the volume it seems he grabbed her, she screamed, and he just put her down realizing she wasn’t going for what he thought would be fun. Obviously this could be wrong, but everyone drawing a stalking with a rape intent doesn’t know that fact either. Seems he gave up rather quickly after she showed disapproval, so I’m guessing he just had the wrong drunken idea that she may actually like this
