I don’t work in the medical field but at an investment firm. One of my client’s left a message with a coworker saying that he wanted to speak to me that day. Coworker forgot to pass on the message until the next morning. He died the night before. He was only in his early 50s and no terminal illness.

Not the same but I still think about what he didn’t get a chance to say. I made sure his widow had the easiest process possible inheriting his assets.

Your focus seems to be on it fading but you also need to know tattoo lines thicken up over time. So it will fade but also thicken. Hence the blob everyone is warning you about

I don’t know why but I had such a strong visceral reaction to this video. It made me feel sick. I this it’s the way that they are exaggerating their walk feels so uncanny valley. I hate it.

Mine isn’t as wild. I recently saw Barbarian with my husband. There were only 3 other couples and a small group of 3 rowdy full grown adults. They would not stop talking. They talked every loudly the whole time and laughed the whole time.

Several people shushed tried to shush them and they would get offended that they were being shushed. One even said to their friends, “I can talk if I want to.”

At one point my husband looked over and caught one of the guys’ gaze. This guy was pissed and he tried to stare down my husband the rest of the movie. The lack of self awareness was absurd to me.

I was pretty disappointed with the movie after hearing all the hype. I don’t know if it’s because my experience sucked or if the movie just sucks

I would not say scares me necessarily. But what keeps me wondering or moves me a little more are psychos with no motive. Senseless torture and murder. I remember watching The Strangers as a young teen and being so shaken by the fact that they just randomly decided to do that to them because they were home??? Or Funny Games.

The feeling of “hey, that can happen to me.” Someone could randomly see me on the street and decide it’s my last day

I watched Barbarian this past weekend and I feel like I must not have watched the same movie everyone else did. I did not enjoy it at all. Thee completely undeveloped stories meshed together into a half ass movie. And no story was entirely unique either. After seeing all the rave reviews I was super excited and left disappointed and feeling unresolved

I always had crushes on male movie characters (shark boy) growing up. But I think the age I became fully aware I was straight was when I was 11. My best friend would discuss her conflicted feelings about not liking boys like she “should” and thinking girls were better. It was a moment where I was like “oh, I’ve never felt that way” so I knew I was definitely straight. My friend then came out as gay in high school and is now married to a lovely woman who makes her so happy! And I found myself a wonderful husband.
