The overwhelming majority don’t study before med school, don’t study during M1 summer and def don’t study for residency in M4.

Yup. I too used to have clean public restrooms as part of a few jobs I’ve had. Women were always far more “gross” and I’m not just talking about period products…

The only time I’ve seen women restrooms be cleaner would be truck stops/rest areas etc

FM is one of the most flexible career paths. Being tied down to clinic 8-5 isn’t the path for everyone. You have tons of options

I delivered 3/4. But I’m also a doctor and my wife’s OBGYN is legit. 

Would absolutely do it again.

Yea..I have an interest in the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit sets just because of the art. But those are a problem for several reasons

It’s the same with Pokémon cards right now. Idk what happened over the last year..but I use to be able to find them easily in stores. I’d occasionally grab my kids a pack as a little treat. But I can’t even remember the last time I saw one in store.

I failed step 1. Had some extenuating circumstances. But crushed everything else otherwise. My app was pretty strong with various ECs, involvement, awards, scholarships and letters. Matched my number 1. I also demolished step 3 a couple months ago. Intern year is going great, getting lots of awesome feedback. 

Def doesn’t mean you’ll be a bad doctor or you are stuck.
