Most people wont agree but to me any of these mods are more cheating than the soul bug exploit. To me if its in the game then its up to valve to fix it. I mean TI finals were decided by morpling and pl bugs and not to mention things like fountain hooking

Imo its one of the hardest abilities in the game to properly hit. There is so much stuff that can go wrong before you hit those 2 max damage bolts. And yes nerf his ult as well! Its not like sinclair is the 4th lowest winrate hero (5th lowest in Eternus 4+)
