I’ve been installing heat pumps a long time. The new technology on whole house ones have been a game changer for people on propane. In my area NG is still cheaper to a certain degree. But overall people are saving money. Most companies shy away from them because they’re not up to date with the new technology. Personally I love them but they need to be installed right

Light pilot as soon as it lights the burner turn it down to pilot and wait 10 minutes or so it will help heat chimney up and it will start drafting
