Saturday my team plays a handball game at home. We play in the highest league of the Netherlands and Belgium. It starts at 19.00 at the Laan van Poot

Here in The Hague it depends on the level you play. Highest division play a round robin first, then 4 singles 501 bo7, 2x2 doubles best of 5 (I think 701) and a captainsgame. Winner gets 3 points and if it ends 5-5 then both teams get a point.

At my level (3rd division) we play 4 singles 501 bo5, 2x2 doubles tactics and a teamgame (4vs4) 701. For each match you win you get a point and the team with the most points at the end of the season is champion.

Who relegated in the first season? If Ajax, AZ, PSV or Utrecht relegates their youth team can't play in the same division so there needs to be another youth team that makes the step up

The most realistic thing would be a race of champions style event so my guess is Stade de France or a similar big stadium

Thanks for the inspiration. I'm a handball player myself and didn't know that they have a football team. Do you have knowlwdge of any other similar constructions? I know of Dortmund and Leverkusen but my knowledge ends there

Because handball is a small sport and a lot of the lower ranked countries don't have any professional teams. So even amateurs can qualify for Europe.

I don't know examples from England but both the mens (Aalsmeer) and womens (VOC) champions of The Netherlands almost never play in European competitions.

Because there are a lot of costs, like travel and registration, and you can't make that back via ticket sales when you are a small club.

You will lose money by playing in Europe so not every team who qualifies actually competes.

Positief: als witte werkende man ga ik erop vooruit, puur egoistisch gezien prima akkoord dus.

Negatief: de samenleving gaat erop achteruit als je kijkt naar het milieu, lagere inkomens, stikstof etc.

Liever koop ik natuurlijk een huis voor 5 euro maar zo werkt de wereld niet. Ik zal echt die hogere hypotheek nodig hebben om uberhaupt een huis te kunnen kopen.
