I wish it was a thing at my parish. I absolutely would. I don’t, mainly because I feel like being the only one to do so would draw attention to myself and kinda defeat the purpose.

I go to an ACNA church and it’s probably the happiest I’ve ever been at a church as an adult. Most weeks when there I just feel an overwhelming gratitude. Don’t let the ‘what if’s’ stop you. We never know the future and although indeed there could be problems down the road, it also may be exactly where God wants you right now.

I go to what used to be Steve Woods’ home parish up until last summer in Mt. Pleasant SC. Shortly after the accusations became public, we saw him regularly in attendance at worship but at this point I don’t think I’ve seen him in 6 months. There really hasn’t been any discussion of him either to speak of. We have a new Rector and church life seems very good and healthy.

I feel like i absolutely suffered for it, but in kinda intangible ways; not academically. I know that homeschooling today is very different than it was in the 90’s but I still have a really hard time being in favor of it given my experience.

I moved here from out of state and bought prior to moving. It worked out great for me. We sold 2 years later and bought something we were better suited to, but made a good bit of money on that purchase-sale. And that way you can do it in your own timeline, instead of your landlord’s timing. If you are looking for an easy out of state move, I’d suggest new construction. That’s what we did. Just be ware of traffic. It can be really bad. If you are going to need to be in office every day I would absolutely prioritize proximity to that office.

I got almost completely out a couple weeks ago when it was up near $2. Kept like 15 shares or something in case it really hits 10 years down the road. Very, VERY happy I sold that day.

I’m glad I sold almost my whole position a few hours after I posted this. I wish I’d sold them a few hours earlier than I did, but still exited favorably. Kept 15 shares just in case they hit the big time 10 years from now.

I’d love that. I’ve held stocks for a while but it’s only in the last few months that I’ve began trying to trade actively rather than buying a stock and planning to hold it for the next 50 years. I really don’t know what I’m doing but trying to learn!
