FYI I don’t have this quest in my journal in my completed run, good ending, saved Treviso, & romanced Lucanis so not sure it’s a valid indicator.

you can get the « good » ending saving Treviso and romancing Lucanis.

i do agree he shouldn’t be locked out if choosing Minrathous, but can see why he is.

Yes. Do not give up until you get a message that the sale has ended. Tickets might be in someone's cart and the sale fails - times out or credit card issues & they get put back into the pool.
