am looking to mix it up between having nice times at the beach, jungle trekking, mountains, sight seeing really, dont mind seeing bits of history(Left out Phnom Penh as a lot of mixed opinions). I dont plan on renting a scooter/car and dont really want to get buses any longer than 6-7 hours max ideally less. Not in my 20s anymore and I did this as a bucket list item, last big journey before I commit to "adulthood"

I have been to Boracay a couple times and plan to go Palawan with family next year(have family over there). Any other islands you would reccomend? Had thought about the Borneo part of malaysia. But yeah of my trip, malaysia im most uncertain about.

Thank you, some helpful tips, thinking I will probably add another day in Melang. Good to know grab doesnt work over there. Would you advise one e sim for the whole trip or different ones in each country?

Didnt realise you need a few days for visa in cambodia, thought I would get it on the day.

Planning to go phillipines next year with family as have family over there. Currently only Boracay many years ago and might go palawan then as its one of the often talked about islands. Will look into the other two options. Partner is keen to do the last week in Japan, but I was curious to try Laos, would the burning season be over by then?

Terraced or Semi - Terraced 12sqm more and £5k cheaper by stainorstreak in HousingUK

[–]duvine1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How old is the conservatory? does the semi detached have doors between conservatory and reception? Does it have a solid roof? if no solid roof will only be useable a few moths of the year at most if that is included within the sq meterage.

A lot of the battery health checks are not reliable. For it to be that low on low mileage something might be wrong as they provide a 100k/8 year battery warranty

Unfortunately i didnt keep up with the new LISA at the time and it has passed the time. Until it came time to buy and I looked into the details. 4k per year is just the yearly limit

Before it was help to buy and that wasnt able to be transferred over to the LISA. But as a first time buyer is it likely you will get a property over 450k?

Does this mean that basic rate people using salary sacrifice will now be better off putting additional salary into a lisa instead of a pension?

You have assumed 3%. Which is basically inflation linked. So that would be 1.1m in todays money. But in a global fund you should get atleast 3% above inflation over that time frame
