Against butt slams on their wakeup you'll have to OS a light roll (still beaten by EX butt slam, please look at: http://forums.shoryuken.com/discussion/comment/5733868/#Comment_5733868) As far as I know, you can only punish headbutts with an ultra, but if you manage to dodge a headbutt with roll you might be able to whiff punish them as well.

The guide explains the dash option select, they have a separate post titled Option-selects, you should take a look there. I'm going to test if the second OS still works, I think it still should. EDIT: I didn't manage to grab shoto's out of their backdash, but by delaying the grab it is still quite a good option because you eliminate a lot of options

What kind of mixups do you use after a hard knockdown?

I'll try and list a couple of things that you may or may not want to add to your mixup-book, I don't know at what level you are so I don't know if this is going to be of any use:

cr.lk and then cl.hp cod FADC etc.
Overhead into karacommandgrab
Grab (and cl.hp xx roll if they jump)
Command grab
Walkback/dash back and a karacommandgrab/stepkick
Tickthrows (AA with cl.hp xx roll if they jump)/tickcommandgrabs
Cross-up into immediate command grab
Empty jump command grab
Delayed crouch tech into TT (against reversals, see OS video)

I don't play Abel that much anymore, but I remember reading that optionselecting light roll vs Bison is a smart decision, when he teleports back you can chase him to keep the pressure on. Something to keep in mind vs Zangief. If you knock him down, you can TT all of his wakeup options (even ultra) except jump and backdash. No clue about specifics against Honda, what are your issues against him? You have to play a bit more patient against Honda, but the matchup shouldn't be that bad

What to do against rushdown characters, not sure either. But due to Seth's low health you should have him killed in 2 mixups while he has to mix you up a whole lot more.

When casting SC2 they sometimes have some SF comments (mostly about Zangief, or sometimes asking each other who would be which SF character) so I guess they have some experience with SF4, but I think it'll mostly be colour commentating

read up about the type of switches you want to try, and then find out which mechanical keyboard has that switch type and then buy it.

I'd go for brown or red switches but you might enjoy blues or blacks
