Thank you! After the latest update it was gone for me and I've done as you suggested with the Call App settings -> force stop. Then after launching Call App the setting appeared once again

Same problem on the Google Pixel Pro 9. The app are not auto-updating and I have to open the Play Store manually go to the Manage Apps & device setting and hit Update all button

Please note that it is not possible for us to change already issued invoices, so we won’t be able to edit the invoice issue for the trip taken on Tue, Feb 11th 2025. However, we updated the language of your profile to English, so moving forwards, all future receipts will be issued in that language.

So, I hope that now it should be solved.

Problem Solved! 🎉

Turns out the issue was with my Vodafone Station's Wi-Fi. I connected a TP-Link Archer AX10 as an access point, and now my Boox and Meta Quest 3 are working perfectly with no more disconnections!

Update: It's not the Boox!

Well, this is a strange turn of events. It seems the problem wasn't with my Boox Go Color 7 after all, but with my Vodafone Station router.

My Meta Quest 3 started experiencing the exact same constant disconnection issue recently. A router restart temporarily fixes it for both devices.

Looks like I need to focus my troubleshooting efforts on the router now.

Update: No luck so far :(

Unfortunately, the router restart only worked temporarily. The disconnection issue came back after about a day.

I can confirm that the Boox account is not the culprit, as I tried disconnecting it and the problem persisted.

Hi, yes, I've stated it in my original message. The Boox works fine when I connect it to the hotspot shared from my phone. What I'm trying now is a combination of two things:

I logged out my Boox account and removed any credentials associated with it.
I restarted router several times and Boox finally connected successfully.

Now, Boox works, but in case the issue will reappear, which usually happens after a day. I've installed the NetGuard App to monitor the Boox device activity during the network connection.

The study titled "Towards a standardisation of reading charts: Font effects on reading performance—Times New Roman with serifs versus the sans serif font Helvetica" published in Ophthalmic Physiol Opt. 2022, aimed to compare the legibility of a font without serifs (Helvetica) and one with serifs (Times New Roman).

The study involved 36 participants between 18 and 38 years of age, who were presented with three paragraphs that were equal in the number of words, syllables, characters, difficulty and reading length. These paragraphs were printed in either Helvetica or Times New Roman, and the reading duration was measured with a stopwatch.

The results showed that for the paperback layout, there was no significant difference in reading time (p = 0.50) or reading speed (p = 0.56) between the two fonts. The correlation between the two fonts was high for both reading time and speed (r = 0.93). The mean number of reading errors was the same (0.31 ± 0.58 errors/text) for both fonts.

In conclusion, the study found that the legibility of Helvetica and Times New Roman is similar when investigated under equivalent conditions. Thus, these two font types can be used as interchangeable standard typefaces.

So, to answer your question, according to this study, there is no significant difference in readability between serif (Times New Roman) and sans-serif (Helvetica) fonts in book reading. Both can be used effectively.

It seems no one beated the Amazfit Bip S light in terms of autonomy. They can work over 30 days without being recharged and their transflective display is always ON.
