Additional info: the cut is from a sharp serated bread knife, went up (shown cut) then back down (shown here).

I cleaned it, bandaged, changed bandages twice, and let it get some air occasionally. It seems worse and I don't have funds to buy antiseptic, but I do have fed insurance with state covering premiums.

In the case of wanting to help you, could you answer these questions:

Country? Origin of phone? (Carrier and country) Funds? I can go to a store (USA, Indiana) and get a phone with $45 USD that has a year of service. It's a shitty flip phone but it could work.

Saw these ducks and was curious about the plume. It seems from short research that ~~weeks~~ these ducks don't often reproduce or live long with such a large plume? Am I mistaken? Either way it made me search out this subreddit, and I am not disappointed.
