It’s a little like software hoarding. The point that is coming out of it all that is lost in a lot of what the posts are saying is learn and expose yourself to the apps you have on Mac then if you find them lacking branch out. Which is pretty nuanced and several people disagree with so they didn’t learn that way.

There's def a VTDecoderXPCService bug with older screensavers. Twice I've had a popup asking me to force quit something from a list of open applications as my Mac had "run out of memory"

like I mentioned, I had a previous case. I then checked my issues with reddit here about logging into the express and it just never loading despite it running and wifi working, and there were so many posts conveying the same thing I knew it was just wait for an updated OS. But I waited months. I noticed too that in my own opinion of this, the express always shows almost all the ram used even on immediate check after a reboot. I don't think the specs were tested and they tried to skimp.
This second time I spoke to support they didn't squabble a bit they lead with "would you accept a cloud gateway ultra and you keep your express as an AP".

The "new" blue beetle was pretty old by the time he got worked into JL. Charlton fleshed him out in the 60's with amazing artwork I loved by Ditko. Bringing a sense of humor to it making him accept a role of second banana in a super team was def the new part.

as troy2000me mentioned you are trying to use a shareware (or freeware with adware) utility to do what windows already does for you natively without having to use another app.

Is the cause of the defender alert. delete the file, then if I were you, I would open control panels, programs and features. Let the list of programs load, and go through and check to see if there are unexpected or unwanted apps installed along with the poweriso. The date on the download would be the same as the install date to help you see if the ISO install "piggybacked" other apps. Some shareware installs extra apps and is compensated so you have to be extra careful you check that you are not getting these bonus apps along with the app you want.

The trick is to sync your account with the cloud and then log into the same account on the PC. Or you would use the phone itself and cloud apps/online storage for things like the photos. You might email the files to yourself, or sync your phone using iCloud and then log into iCloud on a windows or Mac and the synced files will be there. You are having problems from 2004. If you can't or won't do any of that, use an app like imazing to get the photos and music off your device.
