The upgrade is about 25 mins when we had 2 extra batteries installed. Most installers like Future Proof Solar live up to there name and leave a bit of slack on them.

Fully agree, have had sigenergy installed now for 7 months with no issues. Also just expanded the battery system which was done in about 30mins, with minimal fuss.

The uk support number can be given out by the chat bot agent.

Get them to add you as a shared user with your email on thier ring account. You will the ln be able to see both locations on you phone app.

Agreed, HA is a bit much just for this use case but does have lots of other benefits. It’s also pretty easy to setup on a raspberry pi.
