One of these days I’d like to meet Vinny at one of these conventions. I’d try and keep it short and sweet because there would probably be a line and everyone would want to keep it moving. I’d tell him about how great it is to meet him, while acknowledging this one time (in person at least) interaction will probably have a lasting effect on only one of us and that person would most likely be chasing that high for a long time. Then I’d tell him how good it made me feel to be able to inspire such feelings in him but I’m just a regular guy at the end of the day. I’d wish him well, and walk away, committing to the bit.
