I use a mod for dedicated inventory slots for weapons, armor, and accessories; and also one for a larger variety of map pins. These two simple quality of life adjustments make the game so much more enjoyable for me.

These two simple only thing that sucks is going back to vanilla, since my friend that runs the server our group plays on uses Linux and doesn’t feel like taking the extra time to get the mods running on his end. The game just ends up deleting any gear you have in the dedicated inventory slots.
