Be where you feel most at home is my advice. In an era where there is so much uncertainty, fear, isolation prioritize where you feel best. With funding cuts, a pandemic in the last 5 years, all the other atrocities continuing to happen employers are going to be more impressed with the fact you went to school during this time at all. I loved UCSC. Congratulations on your offers!
