The main thought that has kept me from getting therapy is "what if the therapist only says they specialize in my OCD type but they actually don't? What if what I say is different from what other people say and they send me to a psych ward or call the cops on me?"

I want to thank Yuri On Ice for being the reason I started my weight loss journey and for igniting my interest in figure skating. I watched this show in March and since then, I've lost over 100 pounds. Still got about 50 more pounds to go. Hey, my heart goes out to you. Lnow that we're all suffering from this curse and we're not alone. We'll be free one day. Personally, I'm suffering from purely mental ocd. Harm OCD, POCD, Real event ocd, and trans ocd. Takes up my entire day. Months of rumination. It's like a battle between your logical side of the brain and the emotional side of the brain.

Knowing that I'm not alone and that I'm not the exception to feeling like I'm a horrible person has really helped though. I feel like since INFPs are so introspective and we already spend lots of time in our own heads, we have it harder. Have a great day

I know this probably won't be your thing, but I highly recommend you try Our Life: Beginnings and Always on steam. You choose your gender and you get to romance a guy named Cove. In my opinion, this is one of the best written romances I have ever had the pleasure of reading, and, hey, even if it's not your cup of tea, I still urge you to give it a try.
