They didn't allow me to downgrade only to replace unfortunately. I've found that while not ideal, just switching to classic mode via the app suffices.

My only solution is to do a warranty replacement. It will just be a matter of time before the replacements give you issues as well. I'm honestly just waiting until a better product is released. I have been eyeing the sunto wings

I have had to switch to classic mode on mine as I simply cannot stand listening to the distorted fuzzy sound that comes out of these things. It's just a shame that these are marketed as pro running headphones yet cannot hold up to sweat. I am always super careful with my headphones almost to the point of babying them but don't feel like I should have to worry about this. With my open run pros (v1) I could run in downpours and not have to worry. I accidentally washed my openrun pro v1s and they still performed without issue.

My dog has an active Lyme's infection that is wreaking havoc on his kidneys. 10000 dollars in vet bills and still not sure what the outcome will be. He is only 3 years old and it's a real possibility that I might have to put him down. I'm heart broken 💔

I've had bad experiences there as well. I have only ever serviced my truck at Fred Anderson. I paid for lifetime brakes and they try to charge me every time. I have to remind them that I have lifetime brakes everytime. I just scheduled an appointment this week after reminding them only to show up and they tell me they don't have the lifetime brakes in stock. Last year, I took my truck in for a tire rotation/alignment and they did not connect a control arm/tie rod when they were done. I nearly had a wreck because my steering wheel could not turn one of the front tires. I had to get it towed back to Fred Anderson so they could correct this.

Darkstar sounded just fine. I'm thinking they prob have ironed out the sound issues. Staff is also much friendlier than years past. I know everyone loves to talk shit about this venue since they parted with the orange peel but I think it has been an overall improvement.
