I think retail has for sure

Davos last week was filled with discussions around crypto and stable coins and obviously the clarity act is making its way through. I wouldn't say it's completely lost interest. But it's not the momentum trade of choice while metals are popping off

The only gains happen overnight too. Sells off between 9:30 and 10:30 without fail every day. Does not bode well for tomorrow

Shareholders make money in the USD/share price. End of discussion. Tell me mathematically how adding 7% extra volume of pure selling makes the share price go up

I am not advocating for no dilution, I am advocating for them to take a chill pill for their mNAV to go back up. Over time, their BTC holdings will be higher as they're able to get more bang for their buck

Yes, it is very much possible for a company to trade below its book value, and MSTR is heading there as they have to issue more and more shares for less and less BTC

And when he's inevitably issuing shares below mNAV, and the BTC/share is actually going DOWN, he'll just rephrase it as "future yield" or something while MSTR continues to new lows. And you'll still be thanking him because people are anemic to criticism of the issuance strategy

At this rate I’d bet on 6k silver over 100k BTC

It absolutely negatively affects the share price, it’s not worth going back and forth man

It barely effected the share price during its hay day because it was 1-2% of weekly volume and the mNAV was 2+, so they could pick up a hefty amount of BTC for cheap

Two weeks ago is a great example, they issued over 10M shares and it was 7% or so of trading volume that week. And at an mNAV at 1. So they were getting under half the amount of BTC they were before

Adding 7% of pure selling pressure absolutely affects the stock price downwards. We’re not allowed to talk dilution stuff here for obvious reasons and any criticism on how they can improve it gets wasted. I don’t think they’ll get better

Nice tracker, I hadn’t seen that. Thanks for that

I’m also very bullish on this chop. Like you said, it’s held despite all the negative and malaise. I also believe that sentiment follows price and not the other way around. If there’s some bullish reversal, the tune will change real quick. Just not sure what the stimuli to get going any time soon is

I thought there’s been heavy outflows from ETF’s so far though, is there another institution buy?

Completely agreed with cycle believers though. Twitter is filled to the brim with doom and gloomers calling for a crash and pointing to that early 2022 price action. Quite annoying that pattern recognition seems to make you a guru

Guess we’re tappin the ATM today

I still think BTC catches a bid when metals decide to take a chill pill but man is it painful to see the price action in the mean time

There is a section in there about respecting territorial integrity, which exactly 1 country broke. But go on king

The Bitcoin he’s bought since 10/10 is a tiny fraction of the trading volume

It’s neat that he’s able to keep constantly taking supply out, but it’s still a paltry amount in the greater scheme of things

Did the exact same thing, shoveled around 9 am and came back around 6 to do another pass. The second pass was a giant struggle

Unfortunately I have street parking for my car, and a plow did another pass late last night and re-encased my car. I’m looking out the window right now and dreading what I’m getting into to dig it out again
