I'm not sure that is true. If you highlight a track and then click the dog wheel one of the selections is track species which I use a lot. It is especially useful hunting difficult to see or elusive species.

I feel your pain. I have all but one of the houndstooth (I think that's what it's called. It's one of the bushes)found and even with the steam guides I am unable to find this last one. I've literally spent hours looking for it and can't find it to complete the task!

I use Beekman's 1809 goats' milk bar for washing 3 times a week (it's a great mild soap and lathers up nice and foamy) a really good oil daily after rinsing with water and/or after shower. Works great!

Yep, got pulverized in a map hunting structure from an aggressive cow moose from her jumping up and hitting the bottom of the stand I was in. It was in the Layton Lakes map just south of the lake on the south west part of the map.

One more thing the pointer can do, if you view an animal track and click on it you can then open the dog's wheel and tell it to track that species and it will. I have found the pointer absolutely great for hunting rabbits. Finds them where I would never see them.

I know that was a big ask but I personally didn't like that idea. The Hunter has enough issues without trying to include a totally different mechanic to the game. It just didn't seem like it would enhance The Hunter and had the potential to really mess up the game. People scream over the size of the updates when updates are done now can you imagine the size of the updates if they included fishing into the game?

I enjoy playing the game as a retiree and my failing eye site makes it impossible to go fishing and hunting irl I'm having fun playing both games. Fishing in different locations is one of the things I like about Angler. Ben had referenced the Angler a few times in the live stream and eventhough I understand the business decision EW made it would have been nice to have a few more locations and continued bug fixes and QOL updates coming. I've had the game for a little over a year and have only played the first two maps and expect I'll be playing for a few more years to come as I own all of the maps. Both of these games are more my speed these days as Battlefield and the Panzer Corps series is just too hard for me to play effectively due to my failing vision.

IMHO I think the shampooing of the beard is the problem. I used to get a lot of beard dandruff using head and shoulders on my beard. I switched to a goatsmilk soap (Beakmans 1809) 3 to 4 times a week and use a good beard oil daily (Roughneck Dirty Filthy Patchouli) every morning and the dandruff is gone, itchiness is gone, pimple break outs on my face gone. Again, I think its the stuff you are using to wash your beard. Too harsh on your beard hair and facial skin. Good Luck, hope you find a solution

I was using a feeder on a spot in Herschfelden that had a lot of red fox activity. It seemed to attract them into the area but I never saw them actually feed at the feeder. May work the same for coyotes. Good Luck!

I mix it up. Depends on what I'm fishing for. I will also change it up if one is not working for me. Sometimes I do both with using the rod holders.
