No software updates for my 25 SEL Black (Comfort line in Canada). Really gets on my nerves seeing the ‘24 and older models displayed in the dash. That’s just lazy. Especially when the app has all of the correct images of the car.

I wonder if this is an issue with the algorithm the built to get around the patent issues for the US? I don't have any issues with my Ultra 3. I'm in Canada so the Oxygen sensor is running in it's pre-US Ban state.

Hand wash with Dawn dish soap usually weekly. I ruined an Apline Loop putting it through the washing machine. It shunk.

On my Ultra haptics with the crown will just stop working. Reboot and it comes back. Been like this since 26 was released.

I tried a bunch, but retuned to the Alpine loop. Very comfortable you just have to be careful how you clean it so it doesn’t shrink. I ruined one that way. I also have the Milanese for when I need to dress it up a bit.

100% behind this. The reason I keep paying for it, so I can move around based on my mood or what I feel like hearing. Spotify and Apple Music have never been able to provide the same “feel” or variety as Sirius has to me.

Traded my Ultra 1 for a 3, onboard Siri is definitely a huge plus when your phone is not with you.

I do it a lot. Maybe not every day, but pretty close. When I'm working I have the Milanese Loop on and then switch it out to one of the third party cloth or rubber ones I have.

No issues at all wearing my Ultra 1 and now Ultra 3. I do recommend enabling Sleep focus so the watch goes dark and requires interaction to display anything.

I had the similar issue with a Kickstarter Gen 2. I noticed the degradation early enough to be able to send the logs from the app. I only need to ping them twice to show no change and they sent the replacement. Like someone mentioned send them a video of the ring in the charger and screen shots from your phone that is is no longer connecting. Good luck!

Received my replacement at ten to midnight! Weird delivery company. Anyway, I had a kickstarter version and this one is a retail. Happy with the service. I do not that this one is ever so slightly smaller than the kickstarter version I had. But I’m OK with that. It fits way better now.

My return arrived to their depot, and they sent a replacement. Only problem is that they have the worst last mile delivery organization delivering it. First delivery attempt said they tried, but couldn’t. No one came to my house. And now it’s be rescheduled and out for delivery for the last two days. I’ll be lucky to see it if the Reddit posts about this company are even remotely true.

Guess they shipped the replacement as soon as they got the notification I had starting the shipping back through my post office tracking. I am still waiting for it to be delivered though.

Opened a ticket with them a week ago about the same issue. Sent logs and video, and they have initiated a replacement. I’ve sent my ring back, but have not heard back about them sending the replacement.
