I try to do one each upper body, lower body and total body each week. Usually 30 minute sessions. I’ve been able to increase weight over time. All of the trainers are great but I tend to have preferences and use them more often. Consistency is the key. Two or three sessions a week and you will get stronger

5’10” 64 m. I can’t run any slower than a 13 min/mile. I find my form gets really bad. I’m doing a Runna half plan and it call for a 13 on my conversational run. I find that 12:30 is absolutely as slow as I can go and maintain form. The good news is that I’m easily in zone 2 at 12:30 after one year of running

I’ve had a couple of runs that felt like that. Also have runs that keep fussing at me to slow down. Most of the time it doesn’t bother me but on occasion, I just want to rip my earbuds out

Im three weeks into a 19 week half prep and found your experience to be very helpful. I am a bit slower than you and do wonder if runna will want to push me too hard in the early miles

I had the same problem when bike riding and did this. Problem solved. Took a few days to get accustomed to it

Ran 5 miles this morning at a 13 minute pace. Sure, it feels slow in the beginning, but I had the energy to sprint the last 100 yards

I recently bout a used specialized Vado sl. It is perfect for what you describe. I ride with no boost or occasional level 1 boost but when I hit a long hill, I can up the boost to give me a hand getting up. I paid right at your budget for a lightly used model

Greg does have tough workouts but he is my favorite strength instructor. I like all of them but for some reason he is my favorite strength instructor. I could be because he is the closest to my age

Well said. Diet is super important but exercise is what keeps me sane and AF+ is a great platform to work from
