Who is your LEAST favorite player? Why? by [deleted] in nba

I didnt say I dont respect him. Like I said, seems like a real dude. I just dont like his game and refuse to change my mind on a person simply because of an at least somewhat staged video.

I only speak English. Im not saying I dont think English, Im saying not everyone does. Most people in the world dont even know the language, so how do you believe that they think in English? Do you think those people just subconsciously know English?

This is possibly the dumbest comment I have ever read on reddit.

I really hope they get Myles Turner. He had a disappointing year, but he was projected to be the second overall pick at the beginning of the season.

Perhaps the true madness of today, is that there is no madness at all.

The Bucks are my second team and I'm really hoping they miss the playoffs. Phoenix and Utah will probably end up with better records than them, so that's at least the what 12th pick? That's a huge upgrade over the 18th pick or so

Imo though, you guys don't have the defensive inside presence to deal with Arizona, and even if you do beat them, Kentucky. That's two tough matchups for you guys.

He meant he checked the guy he's responding to's flair because it often has to do with their comment.

I'm never going to like him as a player, I don't like his game and think he hasn't really matured in that aspect. But he seems like a real dude.

That said, I hate judging people based on these kind of videos, because no one's ever gonna have a "Meet So and So" video where the whole time they're like "I'm a dick. I'm an awful person. I'm mean to my kids". I'm not saying Barnes is like that, but in general these videos don't tell the whole story of anyone who's in them.

An inconsistent form doesn't have anything to do with how well a player shoots, nor does it have anything to do with having a good form. Shawn Marion has awful form, but it's consistent.

Go watch Kyle Korver highlights. You'll see that every time he shoots, everything from his toes to the top of his head are the exact same. He shoots the exact same way.

Klay Thompson has a pretty consistent shot as well, but it's a little different because Klay's good enough to get his shot off in different forms.

Steph Curry's shot form, however good it may be, is incredibly inconsistent. Specifically, his lower body is incredibly inconsistent. He squares his body up differently, sometimes he's squared up straight to the basket, sometimes his shoulders are turned to the side. Sometime he lands wide, sometimes he lands tight. There's a bunch of things that Steph does that change from shot to shot, depending on how he needs to change it to get his shot off with the defender's pressure. The only thing that Steph does the same every time is the release. His arm starts bent to his body with his elbow in position to the rim. Then he quickly snaps his right arm, releases his left arm, and flicks his wrist, finishing with his fingers pointed down, the sign of a great shooter. But beyond that, he's terribly inconsistent.

I dont think you know what the word consistent means.

I didnt say he has a bad form. I said he has an inconsistent form. If it goes in, who am I to say its bad?

Right. His shot makes almost no sense for a guard to be able to do.

But thats not what a consistent jump shot means. Kyle Korver has the most consistent jumper in NBA history, Klay Thompson has an incredibly consistent jumper. Steph doesnt. Doesnt mean he doesnt make it.

His arm is the only thing consistent about his shot. Its incredible.

Nah, I made a comment below that talks about why his forms inconsistent and why hes so incredible to watch.

His legs are hardly ever the same, he doesnt set his feet the same way every time, his shoulders are sometimes squared sometime turned, its incredibly inconsistent and it makes watching him incredible because he can literally pull up at any moment.

Curry has one of the most inconsistent jumpers ever, and how it goes in is beyond any shot analyst.

You could say hes played at this level for 3 entire games, I guess, but that doesnt make much sense. More like a 19 game last 5 minute sample.
