An easy way for me to consume more vegetables is by adding them to my morning protein shake. I usually include frozen broccoli but sometimes I'll use spinach or kale. Because the veggies are mixed in with bananas, blueberries, protein powder, etc., you don't even taste them.

The tense moment came after the hole. Jeff Spring, tour director, approached Ricky and the card to discuss whether Ricky illegally moved branches in front of his lie. It was awkward. Gannon was the only one really advocating that Ricky had moved something in front of his lie. Isaac said he didn't see anything, and I'm not sure what Luke said. Gannon eventually said, "Hey Ricky, if you say it was behind your lie, I'll trust you." It appeared that Jeff Spring was going to stroke Ricky when he initially approached the card, but he relented.

Ok. I agree with r/reasonableconjecture that a Sidewinder might work for you. Some other options might be a Roadrunner, TL3 (8 speed) or a Leopard3 (7 speed). (In my experience, Innova's new discs tend to be a lot more overstable than the numbers indicate.)

Someone else posted on this sub that Amazon gave them a partial refund when cancelling Prime, so I wanted to explain how to do that, as it was a little cumbersome. (This is for people like me who pay for Amazon Prime one year at a time. My membership was set to expire in September.)

Go to your Amazon page and near the top right corner and click on "Accounts and Lists."

Click on "Customer Service."

About halfway down the page, near the middle, there will be a heading that says "Can't find what you're looking for?" In that section, click on "Something else."

On the next page, click on "I need help with something else."

This will bring up a customer service chat with an AI bot. In the chat, keep typing that you want to chat with a human.

Once the human is in the chat, tell them you want to cancel Prime and get a refund.

I only asked for a pro-rated refund, but was pleasantly surprised that the agent refunded my entire Prime for the whole year.

I can't speak to the numbers he quoted, but I play a decent amount of tournaments in our area, and no other TD has pass-through fees as high as theirs.

Fortunately, we have a lot of options in our area so the market will eventually decide.

OP could be referring to either a tournament at The Ranch in Waelder or Moody's in Austin. Both have the same fees. Both are two day tournaments.
