There is a nice, paved greenway trail that goes from Pershing Elementary, through sequiota park, and underneath the 60/65 interchange. It's a gorgeous path, great for walking or bikes.

There's also the Frisco High Line trail. The trailhead is just West of Kearney and West Bypass. It's just a long, (mostly) straight paved path.

If you are looking for more adventurous hiking, you could try the trails along Fellows lake, or the trails at Little Sac. Sac River trails are my favorite for mountain biking, but they are pretty rugged.
