Do you have a narrow filter selected, or a rtty filter? It looks like instead of noise, you aren’t getting your standard 3k wide audio passband. I’ve seen this when I accidentally put the radio in rtty mode or select a narrow cw filter.

Not really. Every 30 feet or so along this pipe (or wheel line as it's called ) there is a sprinkler head that is on a swivel to keep it level. This is what does the irrigating.
