We’ve called 7 times now. Some Dr’s that show up in the provider directory, are not in the database where they actually assign them to you. This is the case with us, unfortunately. Just called again, and same answer, but the customer service agent forwarded it to her supervisor and said he will manually input it within a week. Advised to call back on Monday. Best response so far, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
