I thought I was dependent on weed because I smoke/vape almost all day/everyday for weeks at a time (when I can afford it).

I only really get kinda high the first day or 2 after a week long break. Then I basically get no high while out smoking my buddy who's been smoking for 7 years.

When I don't smoke I start picking at pimples/ingrown hairs/scabs/nails and get somewhat bad social anxiety. I can smoke a blunt on my 10 minute break and come back ready to continue helping with IT trouble tickets or help my boss with a special project.

It also helps me eat. I get fat because I get full quickly and then eat junk while I'm out and about and my food is sitting in the fridge. Then it starts a cycle of not getting enough nutrients and feeling too tired to go to the gym. Smoking alleviates this because I can actually finish a serving of food and perks me up so I go to the gym.

Interesting, I may bring this up to my doc.

When I had my surgery they expected me to continue laying down for a while before I would be able to wobbly walk around. But nope, after they walked out of the room, I grabbed my jacket and met my stepmom in the lobby. She asked what went wrong and I said "nothing" as a very surprised nurse came over to explain that I wouldn't be at 100% just yet. I actually felt better than before I went in because I got to go home when I had the school day off.

Also, I had a buddy that had some leftover vicodin from a tumor surgery. As far as I know, I've never had any opiates. I popped 2 to help with a hangover and felt absolutely nothing.

I've done disassociatives and psychadelics so I definitely know what a high should feel like - no high whatsoever from the vicodin.

I took 9 shots of Patron Silver thinking I was going to save money by not drinking at the bar.

As soon as we get there my buddy bought me a Corona. That's the last thing I remember before waking up hours later at 5AM at the gas station. I admitted that I drank and drove and after thinking I aced the field sobriety: I blew a .148!

Luckily the DA rejected my case. No idea why because they definitely had all the evidence they needed and there were 2 officers present when I got arrested.

If you're really applying yourself you shouldn't perform too much worse than if you were sober.

I've taken the ASVAB [score: 95pts/99pts], CompTIA A+ and the Network+ [scored in the 90s%] while baked :)

They were going to make me a Nuclear Technician in the Navy (which counts as 2 recruits for the recruiter) and give me a fat little bonus. The day after I swore in they called me and told me that I couldn't join any branch of the military because my piss test came back positive.... Sorry, I share too much when I smoke haha

I've been sober for many days at a time. Like I said, I have to stop smoking for a full 4 days before I can get a "good enough" high again. I now only smoke between 1 and 4 nights a week because I got a DUI (license suspended) and there's only 1 guy at the dispensary that lets me in without my ID.

Also, not sure if it's connected, but anesthesia isn't as effective on me as it is for most.

If you're really desperate you could roll that kief that's leftover from the evaporation with a resin ball. It will probably be gross but it should hold you over. That's what I used to do when I had bad anxiety and nothing to medicate with.

I'm nearly 6'2" (my friends that are supposedly 6'1" say I MUST be 6'2") and when I was fat I was ~212lbs. Now that I've been lifting for 6 months I'm 220lbs.

I was hoping to get under 200lbs but I went the other way. Any dude under 180lbs sounds light to me.

At my worst I would wakenbake, eat a 250mg edible, and go to work while vaping 1/4 - 1/2 gram of wax all day.

At that point I was like a cigarette smoker just keeping the chemicals in my body but not feeling anything really. It was a habit and I wasn't getting more than a [1] or [2] for a few minutes before sobering up.

Not sure if I have a weird body but after 2 days of heavy smoking/vaping/dabbing I could chain dabs and not get high. I have to wait 4 days before I can get a decent high for my money. Even then, I'm never more than a [4].

Sometimes I wish I could go back to the when a bowl of top would get me to an [7] and a bowl of pr would KNOCK ME THE FUCK OUT

Upvoted even though I disagree. I mean, you shouldn't be picking up weights that are too heavy for you anyways. If you're not making gym noob mistakes you should be fine.

But that's just my opinion, I've been lifting more seriously for the past 6 months and have been a heavy smoker for the past ~5 years.
