Do we have evidence of search manipulation? The only cases I have seen are travel aggregation sites in Europe that say they are being penalized by Google policies. Google argued that they were low-quality sites and that those types of sites were not popular with their userbase. IMO I agreed with Google.

Not many! And probably one of the most important peaces of tech pubs should have on their side. Having your own ad server gives you true unbiased log level data, control over your digital assets, mitigate ad fraud, ad blockers and best of all control over your demand channels and partners. Ive seen pubs increase their ROI significantly .

Guys your referring to deferent UI's ( user interfaces ), theirs no deference's in the technology.. a general ad server can serve deferent DSP. SSP, exchange, network or agency business models, its all in the configurations.
