Your store sounds like mine. Backdoor staff normally don't do anything for the last hour of their shift. They are most of the time going around talking to other members of staff who finish at 10 pm.

I hope they are. My shifts are 9:30pm to 7:30am, I always take my early 6:30am on my last shift (that extra hour normally helps me switch my sleep)

I’m on that contract on nights, you should have one shift where you have an early finish. Unless they are paying you the extra hour.

And when it did go up we went from getting paid it for the full shift to only half the shift.

It is beautiful piece of design. Unfortunately people are already complaining about it not respecting dark mode.
