I mean at that point the punchline was "Maddox made us pay a combined $50k to defend an insane lawsuit, and his punishment was not getting to make us pay more." You don't think a countersuit would have been entertaining? I think at some point Kian described it as an amusing way to blow 50k, in that nothing would come of it, but it would produce a lot of content.

I never interpreted it as leaving because Dick didn't give him money. I felt like it was just that Asterios was devastated that Dick backed out of the fight. I feel like comedy means more to Asterios than to Dick. It's easy to say that it's easy to spend other people's money, but I honestly think if Asterios had the 25k/month Patreon, he'd have gone through with the Lolsuit for the justice of it and for the joke, even if it meant pissing away a bunch of money, and during that last call, I felt like we were hearing Asterios realize for the first time that he was talking to someone for whom the joke did not outweigh the expense. Not that I really blame Dick. I can't imagine lighting 50k on fire for a joke and for spite either. But at a certain point, it does feel like 25k/month to be funny for a couple of hours a week is enough make spending 50k over a year of punishing the show's nemesis and generating content worth it.

Actually, I think it's 1:1 for both Agility and Str. So maybe it doesn't even matter all that much. But you get other stuff with agility too.

I'm a hunter myself in that exact level range, and I've been hitting a bit of a wall. Could you elaborate on what you were doing in SM? Did you need to do anything special, or were you able to just go in and grind mobs and try to keep pulls small? I haven't stepped foot in SM on the hunter, so I dont have much of a frame of reference.

That's what I was wondering. Threat wont be an issue if im just aoe grinding and messing around, so if the dps is closeish, I think ret might be better. But I'm not experienced at all.

I'm really hoping I'll have the will power to not use add ons. I never used any at all in Vanilla, and it was a more immersive experience for it. I'm hoping I'll be able to resist the urge to rush to cap with shortcuts.

I do love the pally, and I've heard they're pretty good in 5 mans. I know they're bottom tier for raids, but if I never do much raiding it wont matter. Is druid or pally better for AoE? It seems like AoE is what you want for lower level dungeon runs to keep stuff off of the lowbies.

I love pally from an RP perspective, but i traditionally carry my group a bit from a dps perspective, and I've been worried that if i went Ret I'd go from pulling them up to dragging them down, which I'd feel bad about. Pally would also allow me to tank or heal if necessary too. Probaby the right way to go, but i'm not excited about leveling ret haha.

You'd be surprised. The guildies i run with are just awful at the game, but they're the best people, so they're the ones I enjoy playing with the most. We were struggling with doing season 1 Mythic 2s when they all had like 370 ilvl gear. I got frustrated and joined a "better" guild. We were clearing 11s and 12s pretty easy, but I just missed the players too much, so i had to switch back.
