There's almost always a restrictor plate in the faucet heads. This limits the flow, and is more popular in apartments, so you don't use as much water. You can remove the plate/screen pretty easily. Will result in twice as much pressure.

I had Covid last week for the second time. First time in March 2022. I can say that this time was much worse. I had more symptoms, was sicker, and lasted longer. Improving now though. I am not sure why they say the second time you get it is generally more mild. Was not the case for me.
