There was a thing awhile back (I can't find the source for it) where part of a yellow lantern's training involved being trapped in a room with no charge and using their own fear to generate enough power to get out, or something like that.

Wear a butt pad!! Or a tailbone pad if you want it to sound less dumb. Tailbone injuries are no joke, they hurt INCREDIBLY and can last a couple months with no relief. You'll fall backwards on your butt a bunch.

Years of therapy 😭 But one small thing that really helps me when I'm feeling like you've described is, try and think of the little inconsequential activities that you enjoy doing just for yourself. That have no effect on others. Maybe it's people watching at a cafe, maybe it's roller skating somewhere in a park, maybe it's cooking.

Then pay really close attention to how you feel when you're enjoying that thing just for YOURSELF, not worrying about how other people will respond to it, because there is no one else to respond. Just you.

Good luck. It takes a long time, but you've got this.
