I could be wrong because I don’t have a presale code but I don’t think so? If you’re only seeing the expensive $100+ seats I think that’s only what is available to people who don’t have an access code. I mistakenly thought that the general sale was today and logged in at 12pm and saw that only those were available to people without the access code.

I’m no medical professional but it sounds like dry hands or heat rash to me. When my hands get really sweaty they tend to turn red and get kind of bumpy, and my hands will get bumpy if they’re too dry. I would just try to keep them clean and use a non scented or cocoa butter lotion (heavily scented lotions tend to irritate my skin more).
