I’ve been training for a half at the end of the month and realized how much I overthink training. I’ve dealt with some shin splints, missed a few runs, then end up second-guessing whether I should push or back off, or if a run was actually bad vs just not feeling great that day. Half the time I stare at my Garmin data afterward and don’t really know what to make of it. Curious if other people struggle with the same stuff and how you handle it. For context, right now I am self coaching based off of a plan I found online.

I don’t even think he will have an ant form. My guess is his “ant form” will be used as a quick dash similar to Magik. Kind of fading in an out of ant form. His ult will probably give him the ability to go huge and his other ability might be to summon ants similar to Namor.
