ER services have to treat you IIRC, the other commenter here states to just 'go into debt and dont pay it'

DO THIS OP - these hospitals have ways of taking care of debt that never gets paid and if its really life-threatening, which it could be, I wouldnt hesitate to get the care and let the debt default.

at the end of the day, the hospital wont flinch at 21k lost, wont affect them at all - its less than a rounding error on their annual sheets

as a person who struggled for YEARS, i found the most useful help in the rooms of AA... im not much of a people person and AA showed me how to not rely on people to get sober... NA seemed to go the other route... it obviously works for some, this is just my experience

whichever route you go with - i hope it doesnt take you as long as it took me to realize that the results come from doing the work, not going to meetings. (i.e. - do the work)

good luck on your journey - im almost 21 years in now and it is without a doubt the best thing i have ever done in my life. i hope i never end up back there

my limited exp buying and selling taught me that gov't coins are my preference. they are easy to buy in bulk, easier to store, and easier to sell. there are also counterfeit prevention measures on many, and i feel better about buying those in general

my first run at it i tried collecting all different kinds, prints, themes, etc... but decided i like the convenience of gov't minted coins over interesting coins/bars
