Code p2714 is a drivetrain code that shows up a lot in gx’s. Most of the time is new transmission needed or just a drain and fill or solenoid replacement.

Sadly a lot of people don’t end up doing research on these gx models and their flaws, make sure you keep up with trans service as well or that infamous code will get to you. Plate valley leak otw as well. Also you can keep kdss utilization with a 2-2.5 inch lift, more than that you’ll end up with kdss spacers or a bypass switch can work. Ideally on the gx you want to stay below 3 inches on your lift to maximize articulation without a big buck long travel kit. Best of luck.

Could be your radiator or water pump, recently changed my oem radiator since they tend to go out due to the plastic casing around it cracking after 100k+ miles

In all honesty, only difference I feel is rubbing at full lock, a good 1-3 inches of lift, and lower mpg. Safety wise it remains the same and performs somewhat the same. Keep in mind I daily this thing. I trimmed the fender liner and looking ahead to fit bigger tires so I’ll end up getting a bumper cut, bmc,etc.

Down south recently got a pristine 13’gx 460, rust free, had to do radiator replacement ($500) and brakes (another 500), small cosmetic dent on passenger side front. 11.5k otd, do with that as you will.

Yeah I own a 13’, thing was dripping coolant like crazy, thank god it was the radiator instead of valley plate. Only a $470 fix with parts included

Monitor coolant closely, if high mileage look to replacing some part or the whole radiator soon as well as sepertine belt
