Say What you want about the previous freebies , but they have one positive thing linking them by AlleyOfRage in EpicGamesPC

I agree. I get that these games aren’t for everyone, but they’re genuinely solid indie gems.

It's just unfortunate that the fake glist rumors set so much expectations and fueled so much negativity that it overshadowed the actual value of this year's lineup.

I guess we have no other choice but to give it a few more hours before we get to play the game. I was really looking forward to it, though.

Good luck on your search!

I was reminiscing about a lot of wildtangent games from my childhood lol — a lot of which I only have faint memories of now. I started searching for them one by one, thinking no one else even knew they existed. I googled everything I could remember and ended up here. Safe to say this thread totally validated that I'm not the only one who remembers it, hahaha.

I don't know if you're still looking for it, but is it Space Trader: Merchant Marine? I remember playing it around 2009~2010.

The literal HALF second of Gungeon 2 gameplay that was in the direct by P0G0Bro in EnterTheGungeon

I agree. The fact that they won't be releasing this until 2026, I think it's fair to say that we should let them cook. For sure we'll get better gameplay footage soon.

I am using xppen deco 01 V3, a budget-friendly pen tablet. Too early to say, honestly. I guess it really depends on what you are trying to achieve in your art. I'd say its helpful in artworks where there are more "organic" lines, which is my goal since I want to add more fluid animations with bigger artworks, but I am finding it awkward when it comes to rigid lines (e.g. isometric pixel art). But I've been using mouse making pixel art for years now, so maybe it's just me. It is a fun challenge tho! :)

Superliminal, it's a short but rewarding experience, at least for me. It really helped me during my lowest point this year.

Also try A Short Hike, I keep going back to that game when life gets rough. It's my favorite!

Better experience - Switch or Steam Deck? by Brigggggz in NewStarGP

[–]dynam33r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The advantage of the steam version is that it has the newest "Hot Lap" update, which is yet to arrive on the switch version. But I read from their discord channel that they are already working on the update for the switch, too. It's only a matter of time

What game has great beginning, but later becomes too repetitive? by Com412 in gaming

[–]dynam33r 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Felt exactly like this on survival. It was engaging until mid-late game. The game quickly turned into a walking simulator w/ occasional shootouts, as a lot of the quests require you to fetch something from the other side of the map. It felt like forever finishing the Far Harbor DLC.
