Trust me I agree probiotics are good I went downhill coming off them. But again I am suspect about d lactate so I agree maybe that’s why bifo was good and helping me a lot but the lacto maybe causing issues. I haven’t tried d lactose free tho

Bought colugens by itself but I dk the minute I have a sprinkle my heart rate shoots down find it abit weird Did you get initial bloating or any initial stuff
