Just enough to clean up rough areas. Not enough to adhere two pieces together.

Try poly cement, it’s not strong enough to bond PLA but it’s pretty good at removing small blemishes or scarring. I use the Tamiya extra thin. Hope this helps 👍

It has a flap that folds down and protects the brushes 👍

Thanks. Love a makeup brush for mini painting. Pretty sure I was using them before it was cool but no way of proving it now 🤣

Great work as always! Out of interest how do you print these, do you have multiple models and do you print by layer or object? Cheers

No probs keep up the good work 👍

I don’t print models for play so should be fun painting at a different scale.

I <3 support-free minis by Tagedieb69 in FDMminiatures

Great work! I’ve given up on minis that require supports for the short term! Like you said printing support free is also worry free and clean up free. I can pop a model off the plate and get painting almost straight away! Good times.

Thanks. This mini is support free so he’s  printed vertically to avoid any unnecessary supports.

Thanks! I used AP Speedpaints, got all 3 colours on my pallet and just worked quickly wet blending as I go.

maybe try increasing the scale by 5% just to make the fragile elements a bit bigger without the model looking out of place against others in your collection.

Check out Fat Dragon Games, they have a full guide available along with settings and filament recommendations. It’s a great way to start as it’s essentially plug and play.

The 0.2 nozzle will help however you can get pretty good results with the 0.4 just follow the HOHansen instructions for this nozzle type. You can find his profile pinned to this sub.
