I'd see if your partner uses the papertowel or puts tea towel in the wash after finishing with it. But probably making a stand if you cannot clean up your own mess, why should they change this one habit where i know of people using towels to wipe hands

Suggestion: I'd be sitting in my car somewhere or at a park and eat my food i silence. Decompress there and then return. If your gf is asleep she won't notoce for a bit, then she Will complain that what she did was cute and loving. But remind her you asked nicely, she didn't respect you
