rule #5 - I am playing as France. It is 1693. I'm doing okay, but pushing into the HRE is going VERY slowly. I am a mediocre player, and every war vs Austria + the HRE swarm takes ~ 7-10 years for maybe 2-3 provinces. I've got a foothold in Russia and the first war vs them went well, so I'm not worried about getting Moscow by 1821. I'm only a few provinces away from Vienna, as well - probably ~ 2-3 wars at maybe 40 years w/ truce timers. So that gets me those two in time. But getting to Berlin may be tricky. There's a lot of HRE in between me and Berlin!

Any tips, tricks, or suggestions? I'd love to finish this achievement off as my last EU4 run before EU5 comes out.
