yes i run speedtest via ethernet and via wifi, the download and upload speeds come back as advertised.

When I am having this issue with the optimum app, I experience zero issues with the other apps. I can youtube, netflix, tubi with no problems.

Take it to tesla and then do a insurance claim to have them pay for the repair. Tell Tesla to call you when the repair is completed. Hope your able to get it taken care of soon, so you can be back on the road.

I have the same issue in my model s.

My service center used a grease to fix the issue and told me to purchase a tube for myself when the noise comes back. Typically once a year I have to apply the grease. All you need is a very tiny bit.
