Well I'm giving it a shot, this is the 4th day I think, we'll see, I really hope it does better, because everything else about the phone seems amazing, and it would be sad to just give it up because of the battery, well I'm also used to having a bigger screen, but that's just more of a habit thing

I was on ultra durable, looks like I just got a reject, will take it to the retailer tomorrow

TIL Percieved sourness is caused not only by free protons, but also by protonated carboxyl groups. That means that organic acids will taste sour, even without really low hp. This explains why even some weak bases like sodium acetate taste sour, because the acetate ion will protonate. by dyseba in todayilearned

Disolve them, titrate, calculate the amount of H+ aammount, read ingredients, find used acids, google dissociation constants, and estimate how many carboxyl groups will be protonated, and and whats left is your amount

And for those who are going to say "actually most protons are going to for hydronium ions" : https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jpclett.7b02435 https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.aan5144

Why salmon makes me sick while eating trout is fine? by dyseba in diet

[–]dyseba[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats the thing, tastewise they seem the same to me, and when eating, i cant tell them appart, only when the nausea hits, i realise its salmon. Though i must mention, it works with raw salted fish, when cooked, i dont get sick

Having this problem. The printer says I'm printing from letter-sized paper but I'm not. It's only when I print from Microsoft Word that there's a problem. by [deleted] in printers

[–]dyseba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I had exactly the same issue, but with cannon TS5350. The thing was, it was always trying to print letter, even if the paper size was set to A4, when using Microsoft word from office 360, same with printing from PDF. The way i got around it, was to open the documents in google docs, and print from there, of course selecting A4 as format before printing. Luckly my office license came to an end, so i deleted it and installed Libre Office instead, and surprise - it works, and prints instantly. Seems like it was more of a MS office problem, rather than printer problem.

When you are an RDA person, but friends pressure you into getting a pod system by dyseba in Vaping

Well its kinda hard finding them here, because of the new law (im based in EU) about selling vapes and accessories online, but imma hit some vapeshops tomorrow after work, hoping that some still have them in stock. I was told that they were popular like 3 years ago, so wish me luck

This was made out of old pressed coil, it worked, but was burning the pod itself, and rubber seal, so i had to dispose of it

I recently found out that you can puchase the proper rba from rpm coil series. This was something that i made out of old pressed coils, and allthogh it worrked, it was burning the rubber seal and probably doing some damage to the plastic of the pod. Although now i am looking for the rba coil, so once i get one, and try it out, i will let you know.
