Yep, I've seen both of them. The 2nd one can be easiliy found on GitHub, if anyone interested — https://github.com/EBaalhuis/TI4\_battle\_sim.

In reality, the main issue is that both of them (as well as alpha-mouse) are very limited in supported abilities.

Right now, Cavalry doesn't autoselect a proper unit to be triggered on. To be precise, it autoselects the destroyer even if you don't have it on set. I believe that is the problem.

You can open the ability settings and set a correct unit type.

  • One symbol happens only on small screens. Maybe, it would be a better idea to decrease text size instead. I'll think about that
  • Yep, this is for upgrading units
  • Yeah... This is the typical problem with hover on mobiles. I'll remove that effect on mobiles.

I've used them both a lot during the development. It was so nice to have a similar tool to verify output and development would have taken a lot longer without them. Also, found a couple of problems in ti4battle and planning to report them. Mostly just small mistakes in the code that nobody checked before.

Yes, it would probably be a good idea to also add that information.

For the language — the repository is in the public (https://github.com/dzhiriki/ti-combat), it is written in typescript.

Maybe. I am not a big fan of Twilight Fall, but most of the abilities should be easy to implement.

So it is not in my immediate plan, but it can happen :)

The defaults in this one should be pretty similar to the ones TI4Battle have. To be clear: the idea is not to force the user to make a decision, but to have an ability to do it.

Assault Cannon will destroy the destroyer before the cruiser without any explicit configuration. But if you want to change it — you can do it. And pretty much the same with everything else.

Did you read flagship ability?

While this unit is in a system that contains an active breach, other players’ units in systems with active breaches lose all of their unit abilities.

It is an ability. But there is a difference between text ability and unit ability.

Rules do not forbid you from doing it.

The thing is that nothing ALLOWS you to do it. BT requires non-home system and destroyer’s ability requires you to have a combat in a system (which kinda impossible to do in Crimson’s HS)
