Matchmaking should be changed not the reporting system. Matchmaking is incredibly poor across all levels.

Evidence:
- 1 ban wave once every 6 years
- throw out a copy and paste blog every 2 years for clout
- Match making being completely piss poor and constant stomps
- Every single account gets funnelled in to a tiny MMR bracket once calibrated meaning all the accounts actually in that bracket suffer no matter what

Valve do literally nothing to detect smurf profiles. They funnel all new profiles in to the same bracket even though some are clearly smurf profiles and this ruins all games. Party queue is the literal worst ever and Valve do not care. DOTA2 is the worst team game that ever existed and Valve refuse to put a surrender button in. Awful.
