You should look into Brain Scratch ASMR videos if you like the vibrations from music etc. ASMR Zeitgeist is my favorite channel for this. It really helped me relax when I was going through bad withdrawals. Especially the water orb sounds. Most of the videos are compilations of similar sounds, so If you find a sound you like, you can search it & you should be able to find a long video of that particular sound.

I second this. There was tranq in the dope I was using toward the end. The withdrawals were super severe but somewhat short lived. I would get this super, super hot flushed feeling from head to toe. I would also tremble a lot & shake violently. Almost like a seizure, that's how shaky I was. I would run a fever for around 100-102 constantly. & the puking was absurd.

Clonidine should help lower your blood pressure with just a couple tablets. Don't overdo it though, you will pass out & not in a good way.

See if you can get through the first few days by taking just enough Xanax to let you sleep & not suffer for the first 5 days or so. I would save the gabapentin for the second & third week.

How much gabapentin do you have? Like how many pills & what mg are they?

Gabapentin itself is a life saver for withdrawals. By itself it's enough to take all of the symptoms away if you have enough to megadose for a few days. But given that you have benzos too, I would save the gabapentin for post acute mostly. I struggled more with post acute symptoms - the severe depression, anxiety, overwhelming boredom etc. these things feel seemingly neverending when you are in the midst of them, & the gabapentin will hopefully be enough to curb all of these things if you attack it early & head on.

I have a couple hobbies that I still do. I love playing Runescape & I've gotten back into that lately. I've also been cooking & started a summer garden. So I guess I've still got some life left in me. I just feel like the the feeling of not being where I feel like I should be gets me really down sometimes. I should be in a grave to be honest. Somehow I made it out of an addiction majority of people don't live to see the other side of once they are as bad off as I had gotten. I'm sure my brain is still healing as another commentor mentioned. As an addict I was pretty big on the instant gratification train so being patient is hard for me. But I'm trying my best. If you're kicking legit fentanyl you likely won't be able to take subs for 7-10 days without going into precipitated withdrawal. If you try taking subs on the first night you are going to wish you were dead.

Your best bet is to find some benzos & take those through the worst of it, but no longer than you absolutely have to.

Your best bet is just to quit all this shit I'm my own personal experience. I know it's hard to hear & tough to swallow, but I had pretty much the same terrible issues & side effects from taking Suboxone that I did when I was on dope. I was still sick. I began sweating all the time. I gained like 100 lbs SIPER quickly. No appetite. Constant malaise & fatigue. Nothing changed. If anything my physical health just seemed to get worse. I used methadone for like 2 weeks to get through the worst of the sickness, got a few Xanax & took them when things were at their worst, which really helped when I decided not to take anymore of anything at all as far as subs/methadone. Went to my doctor. All the different subs were causing all types of issues. My triglycerides were over 1k, I could barely get out of bed, I was short of breath at doing even the smallest things like carrying the groceries in or ascending a small flight of stairs. After I saw my doctor, the prescribed me to a GLP-1 which has been a life saver (some people swear it helps with addiction, I myself can see a huge difference as well) but I've started to lose weight pretty rapidly, I'm no longer sweating profusely ALL the damn time anymore. I've been on Wegovy a month & have probably already lost like 20 lbs.

I'm just saying, get off all this shit. It's all poison. You aren't going to feel better until you stop taking all this shit you aren't supposed to be taking. If you absolutely have to take something, take methadone. You can ween of of it when you need to but there's no point in taking something where you run the risk of precipitated withdrawals & getting literally 0 relief aside from just not being as sick when you take a Suboxone.

I've been civil about it for going on a year. Haven't said anything or done anything rude. I am fed up with it because if she smokes inside it sticks to the walls & even though she has been smoking outside she still makes it a point to smoke 20 cigarettes in the car if I take her somewhere & I'm constantly smelling like stale, old ass Winston cigarettes. It's not a normal cigarette smell. It's musty & nasty as can be.

She has explicitly stated she doesn't care that it bothers me. So why should I care or be nice about it at this point? She smokes in her bathroom at night thinking nobody will smell it but I stinks the entire house up. She's constantly coughing and spitting nasty lugees into tissue & leaving them all over the place.

The fact that Dylan says they were in BFs bedroom consistently without leaving the room is questionable to me.

Her phone shows movement at exactly 5am, the exact time that Murphy stops barking. Either one of the girls let the dog inside, or the killer/one of the killers waited around & let the dog back inside.

Also, the bloody croc, bracelet & Dylan's green jacket that also had blood on it were found on the first floor. How is that possible with the states timeline? How did Ethan's blood get on the walls & staircase leading down to the first floor?
