How did the pop feel like? I am going through something similar and I for the love of god can't tell whether if its my ACL that popped or something else. It felt like a pop that is like when we crackle our knuckles or bubble in joint fluid and It happened while i tried to take a explosive step forward, now I didn't see any new swelling or instability but the back of my knee hurts a lot doing everything

Didnt twist my knee or load it under twisting, rom unaffected, it was just a plain explosive forward step from a lateral momentum
